Managing Director

With over 10 years’ engineering experience in the audio visual and video conferencing sector, David manages CatonLloyd’s operations to ensure efficient project delivery with carefully-planned resource and equipment supply. David supports clients from their first contact with CatonLloyd, leading our customer-focused and helpful ethos.

Barry Caton

Technical Director

Enjoying unique skills and working worldwide, Crestron-certified and Level 2 AMX Programmer Barry oversees all of CatonLloyd’s technical delivery. A complete AV engineer, installer and programmer, and now introducing more AMX Programming to his skillset, Barry finds a solution for any requirement, writing programs for bespoke spaces whilst maintaining high levels of quality and client support across all projects.

Managing the delivery of our projects worldwide, skilled AV expert Adam benefits from more than 10 years’ experience in the IT and audio visual sector, solving problems quickly on site and creating excellent client relationships to seamlessly bring projects in on time. A CatonLloyd team member since 2020, Adam looks after our projects on a global scale, applying his technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support our teams as they deliver quality audio visual installations for organisations of any size.

Commissioning Lead & Head of Strategic Projects

A qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and AMX Commissioning Level 2 certified, experienced engineer Rob ensures the smooth running of our installation operations, maintaining high levels of quality and customer service. Through efficient team supervision, Rob minimises client disruption onsite whilst supporting projects with exceptional technical skills.

Chris Clayton

Commissioning/Lead Engineer

A CatonLloyd team member since 2015, Chris enjoys a wealth of commissioning experience in systems including AMX, Cisco, Zoom and Extron. Lead Engineer Chris is AMX Commissioning Level 2 certified, and his excellent technical skills are backed by exceptional communications and relationships with clients and contractors on site.

Sarah Tomlinson

Finance & HR Director

Based at CatonLloyd’s Head Office, Sarah is a qualified accountant with years’ of experience in accounting and management. Our safe pair of hands for all financial, HR, payroll and office management functions, Sarah ensures that accounts are professionally managed whilst maintaining CatonLloyd’s trademark helpful, friendly and accessible brand values.

Chris Smith

Technical Designer

Extron-certified Chris has worked in AV design since 2003, utilising extensive CAD skills across programmes including AutoCAD, Visio and Revit to design all elements of our unique installations. With detailed technical design and specifications, Chris completes our service offering and our clients benefit from bespoke solutions that work for you.

Duncan Davidson

Lead Engineer

Lead Engineer Duncan contributes significant technical expertise to CatonLloyd’s projects, including experience working with AMX, Cisco, Zoom, Extron and Microsoft systems for great versatility on any project. A CatonLloyd team member since 2018, Duncan’s excellent technical skills are complemented by his first-class problem solving, great client communication, care and attention to detail, setting the standard for our installation teams both within the UK and internationally.

Richard Moors

Operations Coordinator

With 6 years of audio visual installation experience on the tools, detail-oriented Rich crucially oversees CatonLloyd’s projects from behind the scenes, preparing project plans and quotes for our clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of technical setup and ongoing project operations, supporting our engineers in the field. Since joining CatonLloyd in 2018, Rich’s collaboration amongst the team has helped to deliver unbeatable services to our clients, and his drive keeps our projects moving in accordance with our clients’ briefs.
