Working alongside our technology integrator partner and together with the end user’s facilities team, new audio visual installations for the client’s meeting room and training suite were designed which allowed for an efficient installation programme and cost-effective connectivity for the organisation’s colleagues and international partner offices.

Project Brief

Meeting room audio visual is CatonLloyd’s specialism, giving our team an excellent foundation when working with our partner to plan the implementation of the client’s upgraded systems. Microsoft Teams rooms have greatly increased in popularity since the global shift to remote working, and plans for this Brighton installation centred on MS Teams capability in both a large meeting room and the client’s smaller training room.

CatonLloyd’s experienced technical team worked on site to install, test and commission the audio visual scheme, which included microphones, sound bars, display screens and transmitters from leading manufacturers including Samsung, Lenovo and Atlona. Providing a complete fit-out, our team also installed mounting for a secure and tidy finish in each room.
