The transition to remote working and regular video conferencing motivated this professional services firm to invest in a complete audio visual refit at its offices in Reading, creating user-friendly connectivity for colleagues, clients and contacts.
With video calling now routine and a need to find more efficient, cost-effective and agile ways of working, this major professional services firm commissioned an intuitive and futureproofed system capable of quickly connecting over 700 branch offices worldwide, together with clients, suppliers and remote colleagues.
Working alongside our technology integrator partner, CatonLloyd’s team completed a full audio visual refit across two floors of the firm’s Reading office, including meeting rooms, collaboration and events spaces.
Project Brief
Together with our integrator partner, schemes were created to meet the client’s communications needs. All rooms were to be tailored to Microsoft Teams, providing a standard communications platform across the business, with projects ranging from small screens and connection points for collaboration booths through to large events displays and audio.
CatonLloyd’s technical team worked on site in Reading to install, test and commission the complete audio visual scheme across both office floors. Project managed by our experienced site manager and with market-leading technical expertise, our installation team worked through this extensive refit on time whilst finishing every working area to the high standards we’re known for.
