With a growing national high street presence and operating in the fast-paced and demanding fashion retail sector, our client commissioned a meeting room installation for its Manchester headquarters which could be turned around quickly and would allow for reliable connectivity with teams throughout the UK.
Working with our IT integrator partner, CatonLloyd was asked to design a versatile meeting room which would support our fashion retail brand client’s internal and external communications. With sites located nationally, and needing to communicate quickly and frequently with suppliers and designers to keep the brand’s stores stocked, our meeting room installation was to ensure reliable, user-friendly access to communications whenever needed.

Project Brief
Working together with our IT integrator partner and the end user client, we quickly identified the meeting room specification for this suite, designing an accessible audio visual meeting room system which offered high definition visual, clarity in audio and excellent compatibility with internal communications systems and common platforms including Zoom and MS Teams.
As ever, optimal room layout was also a consideration, particularly as this room featured a floor-to-ceiling window. Enabling our fashion retailer client to accommodate as many people in the suite as is comfortable without limiting the usable space or creating an uncomfortable working environment, CatonLloyd designed this Manchester meeting room’s system incorporating pole-mounted equipment, making best use of the available space without compromise on quality of installation.

- Webex by Cisco, one of the world’s leading enterprise-grade video conferencing, online meeting, screen share and webinar systems
- Cisco Touch 10, allowing for complete system control and instant access from the meeting room desk
- Fly lead connection from the desk
- Unicol floor pole-mounted equipment, allowing the screens to be located in front of the large meeting room window
