As it looks to build on its place as the world’s leading entertainment and children’s brand, this international organisation’s team wanted to invest in a full upgrade of its audio visual technologies to create closer connections with colleagues, suppliers and partners worldwide.
Having transitioned to Microsoft Teams, and with video conferencing and digital communications technologies now an everyday part of working life for the company’s 7000 global employees, reliable communications systems were needed to connect the brand’s USA headquarters and branch offices with 40+ other locations in North and South America, Asia, Australia and Europe.
Working with our integrator partner, CatonLloyd’s team undertook a complete audio visual upgrade for meeting rooms, offices and collaboration spaces at the brand’s London office, which is a key hub for its operations in Europe.
In partnership with our technology integrator partner, a complete audio visual scheme was designed and implemented. Microsoft Teams Rooms were planned to enable seamless, single-platform communications for every user, from small meeting rooms to department meeting rooms, executive office spaces and a presentation ‘town hall’ space for colleagues to join together.
Led by our own Project Manager on site, CatonLloyd’s team completed installation, testing and commissioning of this corporate-grade audio visual installation over a two-week period. 14 installations were completed in total, supervised by our industry-leading technical team and with user support on site to ensure the new audio visual kit could be brought into use straight away.

Utilising leading equipment throughout all 14 meeting rooms, our technical installation team rolled out camera soundbar systems, touchscreen controls, microphones and innovative laptop connectivity to support Microsoft Teams calls, integrated with the client’s existing screens. Thoroughly testing each installation, all meeting rooms, collaboration and presentation spaces were completed by our highly-skilled engineers with a neat and tidy, on-time finish.
