Social media is now big business, and corporate spaces need to reflect organisations’ unique brands, global presence and forward-focused ethos. This recognised brand looked to create an exciting events space at its London base, used for a raft of purposes including training, presentations and entertainment.
CatonLloyd worked with our technology integrator partner and the end user’s team to design and implement a versatile, engaging space which is user-friendly, corporate in style and offers great opportunities for the end user to promote innovative new content to its users, as well as immersive training and presentations to colleagues both in London and internationally.
Our installation team, together with our partner, created a professional events space that will support the client with its business goals to bring something different and fun to its global social media and app offer.
With a wide range of potential uses in store for this central London space, our integrator partner led discussions with the end user client to design a feature-rich audio visual installation suitable for professional productions and brought to life by CatonLloyd’s technical installation team.
CatonLloyd’s highly skilled technical engineers were appointed to complete the full events space installation, including live video production capabilities, mixing and production desk, adaptations to audio visual rack, presentation tools including remote and timer controls, recording and playback facilities, together with microphones, cameras and relocation of existing audio visual equipment.

CatonLloyd’s team worked on site to complete this events space installation, completing works on schedule to support the client’s busy and evolving UK and Europe business. Utilising the client’s existing audio visual rack, the installation featured multiple displays and a corporate-grade presentation desk fitted with equipment to support colleagues from across the business.

- Complete room control from front desk
- Confidence monitor and timer to support professional presentations, enabling speakers to maintain connection with their audiences
- Professional audio mixing desk operated by laptop
- Adaptation and cabling to audio visual rack
- Professional microphones, including handheld and beltpack/lapel microphones
- Crestron touch controllers and Vaddio camera controller
- Updated floorbox to support the enhanced connections of the audio visual design
