This data-driven end user business is built on creating, analysing and interpreting information from a huge range of sources, and it needed a dependable platform through which all this information could be shared, projects progressed and insights developed, continually driving the business forward as a sector leader.
Alongside our integrator partner, CatonLloyd completed meeting room audio visual upgrades across four office locations in London, Spain and Germany, bridging distances between teams without disruption to the client’s day-to-day operations.
Project Brief
CatonLloyd and our technology integrator partner worked together to identify the end user client’s requirements for the rollout of this meeting room audio visual upgrade, which integrated the universally-popular and user-friendly MS Teams platform accessed by the organisation across its international offices. MS Teams’ proven, market-leading technology allows the client’s people to brainstorm, collaborate and connect from any location, whether a small breakout room in the US or a large presentation space in Europe.
12 meeting rooms, including 6 small rooms, 1 medium-sized space and 5 large meeting rooms, located in some of London, Germany and Spain’s most recognisable commercial buildings, were equipped with technologies including wall-mounted screens and pendant speakers, delivering crystal-clear audio and visual to rooms accommodating around 130 attendees.

Led by CatonLloyd’s experienced Project Manager in each location, our technical installation team installed, tested and commissioned MS Teams-enabled, immersive audio visual technologies to all 12 meeting rooms. Maintaining CatonLloyd’s reputation for quality in every space, our engineers built, connected and neatly labelled every meeting room system, allowing for ease of maintenance, operational safety and user-friendly accessibility that brought each meeting space into use according to the rollout schedule.
CatonLloyd’s complete audio visual meeting room installation included:
- MS Teams meeting room installation, enabling agile working by the end user business’s people worldwide through chat, video conferencing and file sharing
- Small meeting rooms with 6-8 seats, a medium room seating around 10 participants, and large meeting room and presentation spaces for 14 or more people
- Twin screens, allowing for video conferencing, presentations and training without compromise on visual quality
- Logitech conferencing camera bar for crisp, clear imagery reaching resolutions up to 4k, with AI-powered viewfinder and sound optimisation
- Logitech and Biamp speakers, including table-top speakers where speakers cannot be ceiling-mounted and pendant speakers for larger spaces
- Peerless AV screen and AV mounting systems allowing for neat, self-contained cabling and connectivity, including AV trolleys where equipment cannot be wall-mounted
- Installation in 12 meeting rooms, including world-class office facilities in central London, Madrid and Freiburg, Germany
