After an incredibly successful 2025, CatonLloyd is heading into the new year with ambition and confidence as we make three important appointments within the team, helping to strengthen our leadership and drive our success in 2026 and beyond. 

With a new addition to the team and two internal promotions, unique skills are employed across the company, leveraging our ability to deliver excellent audio visual installations and unmatched customer service throughout the UK and internationally. We will continue to build on our experience, knowledge and technical expertise, delivering seamless audio visual technology which helps drive projects, ideas and businesses forward.

Steven Knowles joins the team as Head of Project Management Office

During Steven's contracting period as a Senior Project Manager with CatonLloyd in 2025, his valuable experience, excellent communication throughout the team and seamless delivery of projects brought valuable and unique skills to our team, leading to a permanent appointment as Head of PMO. Helping to drive our progression in the AV industry, Steven oversees CatonLloyd's internal processes, team training and the delivery of audio visual projects across the globe, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism on every job.

Adam King steps up as Head of Engineering

Driving innovation and technical leadership across our teams, Adam King steps up as Head of Engineering. A CatonLloyd team member since 2020, Adam applies his technical expertise and problem solving skills to every project in the UK or internationally, leading our teams as we deliver unmatched audio visual design, installation and maintenance to organisations of any size. From the CatonLloyd team to our worldwide customers, Adam builds excellent relationships to seamlessly bring projects in on time, ensuring our clients benefit from user-friendly AV systems that help to drive their businesses forward.

Chris Clayton takes on the role of Engineering Team Manager

Ensuring seamless delivery and execution to our clients, Chris Clayton takes on the role of Engineering Team Manager. Chris' excellent technical skills are backed by exceptional communications and relationships with CatonLloyd colleagues, clients and contractors on site, supporting the seamless delivery of unmatched audio visual technology installations worldwide. After celebrating his 10 year anniversary with the company in 2025, Chris's wealth of technological expertise and commissioning experience in systems is passed onto our team in hs new role as we deliver exceptional audio visual installations and support.
